The Client & Challenge:
The client operates multiple processing units along the U.S. Gulf Coast, one of the world's most concentrated petrochemical regions. Their existing shell tube heat exchanger in the olefins production unit was approaching end-of-life, exhibiting significant fouling and reduced thermal efficiency that threatened overall plant throughput.

Each fabrication stage underwent rigorous quality control, with third-party inspection conducted by an authorized ASME inspection agency. The unit received full ASME U-Stamp certification prior to shipment.
The unit was shipped via breakbulk vessel from Shanghai to the Port of Houston, with specialized rigging for safe transit. Our technical team provided on-site support for unloading, positioning, and commissioning guidance.
