General:
This Indirect Water Bath Heater is specifically engineered for high-pressure oil and gas field applications, designed to heat sour gas and liquid media containing H₂S/CO₂. It effectively prevents hydrate formation and ensures stable downstream process performance. The unit operates on the indirect water bath heating principle—the burner heats the water bath medium inside the shell, and the hot water uniformly transfers heat to the process coils immersed in the bath, delivering a gentle, safe, and controllable heating process.
