High Pressure Flowline

General:

Pup joints (flowline pipes) are pipe lines with thread, flange or union connectors on both ends. Various pup joints are available for high/low pressure and temperature and H2S environment such as integral pup joints (10 feet length to handle fluids at cold working pressure), sour gas pup joints, pressure thread seal straight pipes and non-pressure thread seal pup joints.

The high pressure pup joint is made of high quality alloy steel and the end is connected by the union. Its specifications have 2'',3'' and 4'' and working pressure is 6000PSI-15000PSI.The length depends on the demand of clients.​

  • Rated Working Pressure: 3,000 / 6,000 / 10,000 / 15,000 / 20,000 PSI (21–140 MPa)

  • Nominal Size: 1”–4” standard; custom large bore available

  • End Connection Standard: Fig 602 / Fig1002 / Fig1502 / Fig2202 integral union ends (API 6A compliant)

  • Pipe Length: 2ft / 3ft / 6ft / 10ft / 20ft; customizable per project demand

  • Raw Material: High-strength alloy steel 4130 / 4140; full quenching & tempering heat treatment

  • Pressure Test Standard: Hydrostatic test pressure = 1.5× rated working pressure; factory 100% pressure inspection before delivery

  • Service Medium: Crude oil, natural gas, sour gas (H₂S/CO₂), fracturing fluid, cement slurry, drilling mud, water, multiphase flow with sand particles

  • Temperature Range: -40℃ ~ +120℃; high-temperature customized version up to 180℃

  • Anti-corrosion Option: Sour service NACE MR0175 certified for acidic oil & gas wells

  • Sealing Structure: Multi-layer metal hard seal + high-temperature resistant rubber auxiliary seal, zero leakage under full pressure
